Use a soft clothwith warm water and a cleaning agent.• If you have nonstick accessories, donot clean them using aggressiveagents, sharp-edged objects or a dish-washer. It can destroy nonstick coat-ing.Stainless steel or aluminium ap-pliances:Clean the oven door with a wetsponge only. Dry it with a softcloth.Do not use steel wool, acids orabrasive materials, as they cancause damage to the oven sur-face. Clean the oven control pan-el with the same precautions.10.1 Cleaning the door gasket• Regularly do a check of the door gas-ket. The door gasket is around theframe of the oven cavity. Do not usethe appliance if the door gasket isdamaged. Contact the Service Centre.• To clean the door gasket, refer to thegeneral information about cleaning.10.2 Removable shelfsupports and catalytic panelsTo clean the oven, remove the shelf sup-ports and catalytic panels.WARNING!Be careful when you remove theshelf supports. The catalytic pan-els are not attached to the ovenwalls and can fall out when youremove the shelf supports.WARNING!Before maintenance, make surethat the appliance is cool.
