7. CLOCK FUNCTIONS7.1 Clock functions tableClock function ApplicationMinuteMinderTo set a countdown(max. 2 h 30 min). Thisfunction has no effecton the operation of theoven. You can also turnit on when the oven isturned off.Use to turn on thefunction. Press orto set the minutesand to start.Duration To set how long theoven works (max. 23 h59 min).End Time To set the switch-offtime for a heating func-tion (max. 23 h 59 min).If you set the time for a clock function,the time starts to count down after 5seconds.If you use the clockfunctions: Duration, EndTime, the oven turns off theheating elements after 90 %of the set time. The ovenuses the residual heat tocontinue the cookingprocess until the time ends(3 - 20 minutes).7.2 Setting the clock functionsBefore you use thefunctions: Duration, EndTime, you must set a heatingfunction and temperaturefirst. The oven turns offautomatically.You can use the functions:Duration and End Time atthe same time if you want toautomatically turn on andturn off the oven on a giventime later.1. Set a heating function.2. Press again and again until thedisplay shows the necessary clockfunction and the related symbol.3. Press or to set the necessarytime.4. Press to confirm.When the time ends, a signal sounds.The oven turns off. The display shows amessage.5. Press any symbol to stop the signal.7.3 Heat + HoldConditions for the function:• The set temperature is more than 80°C.• The function: Duration is set.The function: Heat + Hold keepsprepared food warm at 80 °C for 30minutes. It turns on after the baking orroasting procedure ends.You can turn on or turn off the function inthe menu: Basic Settings.1. Turn on the oven.2. Select the heating function.3.
