The tablesbelow show recommended settings fortemperature, cooking time and shelfposition for specific types of the food.If you cannot find the settings for aspecial recipe, look for the similar one.11.2 MicrowaverecommendationsPlace the food on a plate on the bottomof the cavity.Turn or stir the food halfway through thedefrosting and cooking time.Cover the food for cooking andreheating.Put the spoon to the bottle or glass whenheating drinks to ensure better heatdistribution.Put the food into the oven without anypackaging. The packaged ready mealscan be put into the oven only when thepackaging is microwave safe (checkinformation on the packaging).Microwave cookingCook food covered. If you want to keep acrust cook food without a cover.Do not overcook the dishes by settingthe power and time too high.
