Always lift these objects upwhen you have to move them on thecooking surface.2.4 Care and CleaningWARNING!Risk of injury, fire, or damage to theappliance.• Before maintenance, deactivate theappliance.Disconnect the mains plug from the mainssocket.• Make sure the appliance is cold. There isthe risk that the glass panels can break.• Replace immediately the door glasspanels when they are damaged. Contactthe Authorised Service Centre.• Be careful when you remove the door fromthe appliance. The door is heavy!• Fat and food remaining in the appliancecan cause fire.• Clean regularly the appliance to preventthe deterioration of the surface material.• Make sure the cavity and the door arewiped dry after each use. Steam producedduring the operation of the appliancecondensates on cavity walls and cancause corrosion. To decrease thecondensation operate the appliance for 10minutes before cooking.• Clean the appliance with a moist softcloth. Use only neutral detergents.
