Storing the battery at temperatures above room temperatureshould be avoided. A high storage temperature also means greaterbattery self-discharge. Batteries that are stored at room temperatureshould be recharged every six months to maintain their full capacity andservice life.Connect PROTECT C to the mains before putting it into storage, in orderto make sure that the battery is fully charged. The charging time shouldat least match the time specified in chapter 10.1 battery charging.11.2 DISMANTLINGThe system is dismantled in reverse order of the installation instructions.11.3 DISPOSALIn the interest of environmental protection and recycling, please disposeof the individual system components in accordance with the regulationsand legal guidelines when permanently taking the system out ofoperation.
