8 Model 57i CT IP Phone User GuideGetting Started Network Connected/Network DisconnectedIf your phone is successful when connecting to the network the following screendisplays before changing to the Idle screen..If your phone did not successfully connect to the network, the "NetworkDisconnected" prompt appears on the display and the telephone status light turns on.Check that the cables are tightly connected to the phone and to the wall jack. Thephone should automatically detect when it is reconnected and displays the "NetworkConnected" prompt for a few seconds.
