These servicesinclude things like weather and traffic reports, contact information, company info, stock quotes, or custom call scripts.Your System Administrator configures the XML key.After an XML key is configured, you can use the IP phone UI to access the XML applications.1. Press the Voicemail softkey on the phone if your System Administrator has configured it.2. Enter your Voicemail password if prompted.Note:The XML services must be set up by your System Administrator before you can use the key. Contact your SystemAdministrator for more information.1. Press the XML key on the 6865i phone. A Custom Features screen displays, or the title specified.2. Use the 5 and 2 to scroll through the customized features.3. For menu and directory services, select a service to display the information for that customized service. Messageservices display to the screen after pressing the programmable key. For user input services, follow the prompts asappropriate.4. To exit from the Custom Features screen, press the XML key again.
