– 30 –OptionSetting up• As soon as the smoke alarm is fixed to the mounting socket, the battery connec-tions will automatically link and the unit will be powered up and ready to use.• Whenever the smoke alarm is detached from the mounting socket, the batterypower will automatically be switched off in order to prevent unwanted soundingof the alarm.Normal operating modeThe red LED light under the cover will flash approx. every 6 minutes in normaloperating mode signalling that the alarm is ready for use.Installation and operation Display and functions |
