Inaddition to the server firmware and files, also update any drivers usedfor components you have installed in your system, such as videodrivers, network drivers and SCSI drivers.If you are unable to resolve your server problems on your own, contactyour dealer or local Acer representative for assistance.Resetting the systemBefore going through in-depth troubleshooting, attempt first toperform reset the system using one of the methods below.Problems following initial system installationProblems that occur at initial system startup are usually caused by anincorrect installation or configuration. Hardware failure is a lessfrequent cause. If the problem you are experiencing is with a specificsoftware application, see "There is problem with the application software"on page 81.To do this PressSoft boot reset to clear the system memory and reload theoperating system.Ctrl+Alt+DelClear system memory, restart POST and reload the OS. Reset buttonCold boot reset. Turn the system power off and then on.This clears system memory, restarts POST, reloads theoperating system and halts power to all peripherals.Power off/on
