9Understanding the LEDsUnderstanding the LEDsYour XHub for Notebooks has 6 colored LEDs to help you monitorthe status of your XHub and USB devices. Refer to the figure belowfor the location of each LED.■ The red Power LED indicates that the XHub is connected to apower source and that the power is on.■ The green USB Uplink LED indicates that the XHub is properlyconnected to a USB port on your computer, and that a USB 2.0driver (version 3.0 or later) is installed. (See Installing Drivers onpage 5 for more information.)■ The four USB Device LEDs (numbered 1 through 4) indicate thestatus of the four USB ports on your XHub (numbered 1through 4).
