TROUBLESHOOTINGBefore sending your LCD monitor for servicing, please check the troubleshootinglist below to see if you can self-diagnose the problem.AMM213TD/AMM240WTD 25Problems Current Status RemedyNo Picture LED ON · Using OSD, adjust brightness andcontrast to maximum or reset to theirdefault settings.LED OFF · Check the Locker switch and Powerswitch.· Check if AC power cord is properlyconnected to the AC adapter.LED Blinking · Check if video signal cable is properlyconnected at the back of monitor.· Check if the power to computer systemis ON.Abnormal Picture Unstable Picture · Check if the specification of graphicsadapter and monitor is in compliancewhich may be causing the input signalfrequency mismatch.Display is missing, center shift,or too small or too large indisplay size· Using Auto Setup button, if still displayabnormal picture then adjust CLOCK,CLOCK-PHASE, H-POSITION and V-POSITION with non-standard signals.· Using OSD, in case of missing full-screenimage, please select other resolution inyour Operating System (Windows 95/98,NT) or other vertical refresh timing.· Must wait for a few seconds afteradjusting the size of the image beforechanging or disconnecting the signal orpowering OFF the monitor.ENGLISH
