You can sew the quilt with thewalking foot to keep the quilt top, batting, andbacking from sliding. The walking foot has a set offeed dogs that move together with the feed dogs inthe needle plate during sewing.a Follow the steps on page 33 to remove thepresser foot.b Loosen the screw of the presser foot holder toremove the presser foot holder.c Set the operation lever of the walking foot sothat the needle clamp screw is set betweenthe fork, and position the walking foot on thepresser foot bar.a Operation leverb Needle clamp screwc Forkd Presser foot bard Lower the presser foot lever.
