Verify Communication to UnitsCheck controller display to see that all units are "online".This typically takes 3-4 minutes after controller ispowered. If all units are online, the display will appearas shown in Figure 1.25. If any of the units are notonline, the display will appear as shown in Figure 1.26.To determine which unit or units are offline:1) Press MENU button to go to main menu.2) Go to Board Switch menu, press ENTER.Display will show which unit or units areoffline (see Figure 1.27). Units offline willshow up as "no device connected". In Figure1.27, Unit 3 is not showing up as online.3) Check the wiring connections on the unitsshowing as offline.4) Repeat Steps 1-3 to confirm unit online statusand further diagnose connection issues ifnecessary.5. Run Test UnitsUsing the TEC-EYE, a run test should be executedon each unit to verify the equipment is functioningcorrectly.1) On the TEC-EYE, go to Technician menu,press ENTER key.2) Press UP or DOWN arrow keys to get toService Settings menu, press ENTER key.3) Press UP or DOWN arrow keys to get to ControlSetting menu, press ENTER key.4) Cursor will be flashing in upper left cornerof screen.
