CRUISE CONTROLCruise control allows you to maintaina constant speed of 25 mph or morewithout keeping your foot on theaccelerator pedal. The cruise controlfunctions are on the Multifunctionlever on the left side of the steeringcolumn.Setting Cruise Control1. Move the cruise control switch toOn ( ).2. Attain the speed you want tocruise at.3. Press in the Set button ( ) atthe end of the multifunctionlever.4. Take your foot off the acceleratorpedal.5. The cruise symbol on theinstrument cluster will illuminate.There are two ways to increasespeed while cruising:• Use the accelerator pedal to getto a higher speed. Press atthe end of the multifunction leverto set the cruising speed. Releasethe accelerator pedal.• Press the resume/accelerateswitch (+) to get to a higherspeed, and then release theswitch.To reduce speed while cruising:• Press and hold at the end ofthe multifunction lever until youreach the desired lower speed,and then release it.AUTOMATIC HEADLAMPCONTROLSTurn off Daytime Running Lamps(DRL) and automatic headlamps• Turn the exterior lamps knob(located to the left of the steeringwheel) to OFF ()(“1” right).Activate the automatic headlampsystem• Turn the exterior lamps knobto AUTO.
