Assembly InstructionsRemove all loose parts from the inside of the grilland hopper. Lay a blanket or piece of cardboarddown to protect the grill.Attach the LegsWith the help of another person flip the grill upsidedown on the blanket or cardboard. The grill lid andhopper lid will swing open when doing this so becareful not to damage the lids. The grill may alsowant to roll on its lid so one person should hold thegrill steady while the other person assembles thebottom legs and wheels.1. Lay the grill on its back.2. Install each of the 4 legs as shown in Fig 1.Make sure the legs with wheels are attached tothe right side of the grill with the wheels facingout. Note: Front legs are marked with an F andback legs are marked with a B.3. Stand the grill upright4. Tighten all hardware.M8 X 20 BOLTM8 LOCK WASHERFIG. 1Attach Bottom Shelf1. Install bottom shelf as shown in Fig. 2 byinstalling hardware in each of the 4 corners.2. Tighten hardware.M8 X 60 BOLTM8 FLANGE NUTFIG. 2Attach Chimney and Chimney Cap1. Install chimney to grill as shown in Fig 3. Makesure to install the gasket between the grill andthe chimney.2. Tighten all hardware.3. Install M6 x 76 Bolt through chimney cap andsecure using Qty (1) M6 nut. Thread second nutonto bolt leaving approximately 1.5” to the topof the cap. Thread cap assembly down into thechimney bracket until the lower nut hits thebracket. See Fig 3.4. The height of the chimney cap can be adjustedfor summer and winter. In the summer the gapshould be approximately 1-1/2”. In the winterthe gap should be approximately ½”.5.
