Always unplug grill before installing patio cover.10. Use only on level surface.11. Make sure burner clean-out is closed before starting the grill.12. Make sure the grease bucket is in place before startingthe grill.13. In the event of a fire the dial should be turned to shutdown,close the lid, and leave it closed until the fire goes out. Afterallowing the grill to cool, follow the cleaning instructionsbefore the next use.14. Use only food grade hardwood pellets manufactured for use inpellet grills. Using softwood or heating pellets will void yourwarranty.15. Do not allow the hopper to run out of pellets. Pellets canbe added at any time. The hopper will hold approximately15 pounds of pellets. The pellet usage will vary greatlydepending on the ambient temperature as well ascooking temperature.16. It is recommended that you not store pellets in the hopper forextended periods as they may absorb moisture from the airand clog the auger.17. Keep the lid closed during cooking. The grill is designedto cook with the lid closed.18. Note that the cooking temperature displayed on the digitalreadout is measured near the cooking surface on the leftside of the grill. The actual temperature inside the cookingchamber will vary slightly throughout.19. Do not use accessories not specified for use with appliance.20. Never use gasoline, gasoline-type lantern fuel, kerosene,charcoal lighter fluid, or similar liquids to start or freshen up afire in this appliance. Keep all such liquids well away from theappliance when in use.21. Ashes should be placed in a metal container with a tightfitting lid. The closed container of ashes should be placed ona non combustible floor or on the ground, well away from allcombustible materials, pending final disposal. When the ashesare disposed by burial in soil or otherwise locally dispersed theyshould be retained in the closed container until all cinders havethoroughly cooled.DANGERDo not work on this grill if it is plugged in. Electric shock mayoccur resulting in death or serious injury.ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONSATTACH THE LEGS1. Lay the grill on its back.2. Install each of the 4 legs as shown in Fig 1. Make sure the legswith wheels are attached to the right side of the grill with thewheels facing out.3. Stand the grill upright4. Tighten all hardware.ATTACH CHIMNEY AND CHIMNEY CAP1. Install chimney to grill as shown in Fig 2. Make sure to installthe gasket between the grill and the chimney.2. Tighten all hardware.3. Install M6 x 76 Bolt through chimney cap and secure using Qty(1) M6 nut. Thread second nut onto bolt leaving approximately1.5” to the top of the cap. Thread cap assembly down into thechimney bracket until the lower nut hits the bracket. See Fig 2.4. The height of the chimney cap can be adjusted for summer andwinter. In the summer the gap should be approximately 1-1/2”.In the winter the gap should be approximately ½”.5.
