8 | Cannon Fitzroy Inbuilt Power FlueCavity Requirementsthe heater is to be fitted into position with the flue pipesfully installed onto the heater. therefore, the cavity mustbe prepared to accept the heater first. before cutting anyflue opening in the external wall, the finished floor levelmust be known. this floor level must include any tiling,loose hearth or panels which will support the heater. allclearances shown in FIG 5 - FIG 7 must be adhered to.note: the appliance must be secured at the front to avertical face. For clearances to furniture andcurtains refer to warning on page 3.a minimum clearance of 100mm must be maintainedbetween the rear of the cabinet and the rear wall of thefireplace during all installations.Flue Optionsthe heater is supplied with components to suit ahorizontal flue coming through a wall at the back of theheater. the Components include a flue cowl which isdesigned to be fitted to the outside wall with suitablefasteners. Condensate drain tube 2m and Clamp, andflexible tube sealant.Flexible ducting is provided to attach the heater to theflue cowl. the use of this ducting provides for some flex-ibility in the manner the flue and intake air are connected.the flue and air intake components are fully attached tothe heater prior to the heater being fitted into the cavity.When flueing through the roof, the Extended FlueKit is required (code FLUEWFX).
