The power willshut off in the following circumstances. Theseactions may corrupt image data.- Shake or jolt the camera- Shut off the power, or open the memory card slot/batterycoverPower Saving FunctionShooting Mode Powers down approximately 3 minutes after thelast control is accessed on the camera. The LCDmonitor automatically turns off 1 minute* afterthe last control is accessed even if [Auto PowerDown] is set to [Off].
