53Setting the Image-recording QualityThe number of possible shots and maximum burst apply to a 1GB CF cardbased on Canon’s testing standards.The single image size, number of possible shots, and maximum burst duringcontinuous shooting are based on Canon’s testing standards (JPEG quality: 8,ISO 100, Picture Style: Standard).Check the viewfinder or top LCD panel for the current number of possible shots.The single image size and number of possible shots will vary dependingon the subject, memory card brands, ISO speed, Picture Style, etc.In the case of monochrome images, the file size will be smaller so the numberof possible shots will be higher.Image Size and Memory Card CapacityImage size File Size(Approx.
