203If there is a problem, first refer to this Troubleshooting Guide. If thisTroubleshooting Guide does not resolve the problem, contact yourdealer or nearest Canon Service Center.Do not recharge any battery pack other than genuine Canon BatteryPack LP-E6.If there is a problem with the battery charger or battery pack or ifcommunication with the battery pack (non-Canon battery packs) is notpossible, the protective circuit will terminate the charging and theorange lamp will blink quickly at a regular interval. If there is a problemwith the battery charger or battery pack, unplug the charger’s powerplug from the power outlet. Detach and reattach the battery pack to thecharger. Wait 2 to 3 minutes, then reconnect the power plug to thepower outlet. If the problem persists, contact your dealer or nearestCanon Service Center.If the internal temperature of the battery pack attached to the chargeris high, the charger will not charge the battery for safety reasons (lampoff).
