494 Practical ExamplesError MessagesWhen one of the following messages appears on the displaypanel, an error has occurred in the scanner. Follow theindicated procedure to resolve the error.■ Check ImprinterError Code: H001Problem: No ink cartridge is installed in the imprinter.Solution: Install an ink cartridge.■ Cover OpenError Code: C001Problem: The scanner’s upper unit is open.Solution: Close (lower) the upper unit. (See p. 38.)Error Code: C009Problem: The imprinter cover is open.Solution: Close the imprinter cover.Error Code: C010Problem: The pickup roller cover is open.Solution: Close the pickup roller cover. (See p. 42.)■ JamError Code: PxxxProblem: Paper has jammed.Solution: Open the upper unit and remove the jammedpaper.
