Failing to do so may result in permanent data loss.- Do not open the memory card slot cover.- Do not disconnect the USB cable.- Do not turn off the camcorder or the computer.- Do not change the camcorder’s operating mode.• When transferring video files previously saved on a computer to amemory card connected to the computer, do not disconnect the USBcable or turn off the camcorder or computer. Doing so may result inscenes that cannot be played back on the camcorder.NOTES• Refer also to the computer’s instruction manual.• Depending on the number of photos on the memory card (Windows:2,500 photos or more; Macintosh: 1,000 photos or more), you may notbe able to transfer photos to a computer.
