Changing Registered InformationTo change information registered for coded memory dial and group dial, follow the procedure below.1. Make sure that the machine is turned on.2. Press the Setup button.The Setup menu screen is displayed.3. Use the button to select Fax settings, then press the OK button.4. Use the button to select TEL no. registration, then press the OK button.5. Change the registered information.• To change a coded memory dial code:1. Use the button to select Memory dial, then press the OK button.2. Use the button or the Numeric buttons to select a coded memory dial code to change,then press the OK button.3. Use the button to select Edit, then press the OK button.The screen to select a registration method is displayed as well as you register the fax/telephone number to the coded memory dial.4. Use the button to select a registration method, then press the OK button.5. Change the recipient's fax/telephone number, then press the OK button.◦ From call log (OUT) is selected as the registration method:The screen to select the fax/telephone number from the outgoing call logs is displayed.After you use the button to select a fax/telephone number and press the OK button,the editing screen is displayed. Change the recipient's fax/telephone number, then pressthe OK button.◦ From call log (IN) is selected as the registration method:The screen to select the fax/telephone number or the name from the incoming call logs isdisplayed. After you use the button to select a fax/telephone number or a name andpress the OK button, the editing screen is displayed. Change the recipient's fax/telephonenumber, then press the OK button.Note• This registration method may not be available depending on the country or region ofpurchase.◦ Direct entry is selected as the registration method:the editing screen is displayed.
