66Changing the Save Method for theOriginal ImageWhen shooting still images in the Color Accent or Color Swapmode, you can specify whether to record the original image(the image before altering the color) in addition to the color-altered image.1 (Rec.) Menu [Save Original] [On]/[Off].See Menus and Settings (p. 23).z If [On] is selected, the twoimages will be numberedconsecutively with the alteredimage shot with the color accenton color swap setting followingthe original.When [Save Original] is Set to [On]- Only the color accent or color swap-altered image isshown in the LCD monitor during shooting.- The image that appears in the LCD monitorimmediately after recording is the altered image shotwith the color accent or color swap setting. If you erasethe image at this point, the original image is erasedalong with the altered image. Exercise adequatecaution before deleting an image.- Since two images are recorded with each shot, thenumber of shots remaining is approximately half thenumber displayed when this function is set to [Off].
