Troubleshooting79An Error Message Appears on the ScreenPOWER (green) and ALARM(orange) lamps flashalternatelyAn error that requires contacting the Customer Care Center may have occurred.Disconnect the printer cable from the printer, and then turn the printer off andunplug the printer from the power supply. Plug the printer back in and turn theprinter back on after leaving it for a while.If the problem remains, contact the Customer Care Center.Problem Possible Cause Try ThisWriting Error/Output Error/CommunicationErrorPrinter is not ready Ensure that the POWER lamp lights.If the POWER lamp is off, turn the printer on.The POWER lamp will flash green when the printer is initializing.
