Press the button.• To perform a low level format, use thebutton to select [Low LevelFormat] and the or button toadd a check mark.• You can stop formatting a card when[Low Level Format] is selected bypressing the FUNC./SET button. You can still use a card withoutproblem when formatting is halted, but its data will be erased.Low Level FormatWe recommend you select [Low Level Format] when you thinkthat the recording/reading speed of a memory card hasdropped.
