Theface detected as the main subject is nowmagnified.● To restore the original setting, choose[Off] in step 1.● The area in focus is not magnified in the following cases when theshutter button is pressed halfway.- If a face was not detected, if the person is too close to thecamera and their face is too large for the screen, or if thecamera detects subject movement- When digital zoom is used (= 33)- When Tracking AF is used (= 56)- When a TV is used as a display (= 87)Helpful Shooting FeaturesDisplaying Grid LinesStill Images MoviesGrid lines can be displayed on the screen for vertical and horizontalreference while shooting.● Press the [ ] button, choose [GridLines] on the [ ] tab, and then choose[On] (= 25).● Once the setting is complete, grid linesare displayed on the screen.● To restore the original setting, repeat thisprocess but choose [Off].● Grid lines are not recorded in your shots.
