Whenflash recycling is complete, thisindicator disappears.2 Check that the flash is ready.The status of the flash-ready lampchanges from off to green (Quickflash ready) to red (fully charged).You can press the test flash button(flash-ready lamp) to fire a test flash.The Quick flash function enables flash shooting when the flash-ready lamp islit green (before the flash is fully charged). Quick flash is available regardlessof the camera’s drive mode setting. The flash output will be approx. 1/2 to 1/3of the full output, but it is effective for shooting with a shorter firing interval.During manual flash shooting, this function is available when the flashoutput is set to 1/4 to 1/128. Note that you cannot use Quick flashduring wireless flash shooting.To save battery power, the power will turn off automatically after approx. 90 sec.of idle use.
