19Step 1: Charging the Battery PackEnglish8 Disconnect the compact power adapter in the ordershown in the illustration.To remove the battery packOpen the battery compartment cover and slide thebattery release latch in the direction of the arrow sothe battery pack springs out. Remove the batterypack and close the cover.Charging TimesCharging the supplied battery pack will take approximately 4 hours. The following tableshows the typical recording and playback times for a fully charged battery pack using thelisted frame rate and bit rate. Actual times will vary according to factors such as framerate, and charging, recording or playback conditions.
