24Step 3: Date, Time and Language SettingsChanging the Time ZoneChange the time zone to match your location. The default setting is New York. In addition,the camcorder is able to retain the date and time of an additional location. This isconvenient when you travel so that you can set the camcorder to match the time of yourhome location or that of your travel destination.1 Press the MENU button.2 Open the [Time Zone/DST] screen.[ System Setup] > [1] > [Time Zone/DST]3 Touch ["] to set the home time zone, or [#] to set the time zone of yourdestination when you are traveling.4 Touch [Ï] or [Ð] to set the desired time zone. If necessary, touch [$] to adjustfor daylight saving time.5 Touch [X] to close the menu.
