ScanScanning a document placed in the feeder or on the platen glass.Documents can be scanned for copying, scanned for sending, or scanned to be stored in a box. PrintProducing printed output of data entered in the machine.Output can be printed for copying, printed from data sent from a personal computer, printed fromdocuments received by fax or internet fax (referred to as I-fax in this manual) transmission, orprinted from data stored in a box. CopyThe process of scanning a document and producing a printed output of that document.WARNINGIndicates a warning concerning operations that may lead to death orinjury to persons if not performed correctly.
