Managing the Machine with the uniFLOW IntegrationEN-5EnglishSettings of Department ID and User ID Management forthe uniFLOW IntegrationBefore you use the uniFLOW integration, be sure to set the Department ID andUser ID Management settings as indicated on the table below.IMPORTANT• Disable User ID Management before you use the uniFLOW integration.• The required setting of Department ID Management varies depending on theauthentication modes (authentication to the machine or to the Login and DocumentRelease function).* User name and password registered in the server, not in the machine for the conventional User ID Management.NOTE• To use the department ID and password as the log-in method, register the SystemManager ID and System Manager password (p. EN-6), and department IDs andpasswords in the machine.
