Managing the Machine with the uniFLOW Integration EN-6EnglishOperating the Machine in System Management ModeThe System Manager log-in procedure varies depending on the appliedauthentication mode provided by the uniFLOW integration. See the table below.NOTEThe System Manager refers to the user who can access the System Settings of themachine.NOTE• You can give a user System Manager privileges by the procedures below (Theprocedures and the privileges are applicable only when "Authentication to theMachine" is applied.). For more information, see the documentation included with theuniFLOW software.- For the user name and password/PIN code/ID card, select the user type as theSystem Manager when you register the user in the uniFLOW server.- For the department ID and password, assign the System Manager ID and SystemPassword registered in the machine to the user when you register in the uniFLOWserver.• When you log in to the machine as an end user in "Authentication to the Machinemode", you cannot access the System Settings of the machine and the message appears.To access the System Settings, once log out of the machine and again log in as theSystem Manager.Authentication Mode(p. When they are not set, any user canlog in to the machine as the System Manager and canaccess the System Settings.
