These maintenance screens are very useful in helping todetermine how the control temperature is calculated and guidevane positioned and for observing the reactions from loadchanges, control point overrides, hot gas bypass, surge pre-vention, etc. The tables are:CAPACITY CapacityControl This table shows all valuesused to calculate the chilledwater/brine control point.OVERRIDE OverrideStatus Details of all chilled water con-trol override values.HEAT_EX Surge/HGBPStatusThe surge and hot gas bypasscontrol algorithm status isviewed from this screen. Allvalues dealing with this controlare displayed.LL_MAINT LEAD/LAGStatus Indicates LEAD/LAG operationstatus.OCCDEFCM TimeSchedulesStatusThe Local and CCN occupiedschedules are displayed hereto help the operator quickly de-termine whether the scheduleis in the 9occupied9 mode ornot.WSMDEFME WaterSystemManagerStatusThe water system manager is aCCN module that can turn onthe chiller and change thechilled water control point. Thisscreen indicates the status ofthis system.Control Test — The Control Test feature can check allthe thermistor temperature sensors, pressure transducers, pumpsand their associated flow devices, the guide vane actuator, and other control outputs such as hot gas bypass. The testscan help to determine whether a switch is defective or a pumprelay is not operating, as well as other useful troubleshoot-ing issues. During pumpdown operations, the pumps are en-ergized to prevent freeze-up and the vessel pressures andtemperatures are displayed. The Pumpdown/Lockout fea-ture prevents compressor start-up when there is no refrig-erant in the chiller or if the vessels are isolated. The Termi-nate Lockout feature ends the Pumpdown/Lockout after thepumpdown procedure is reversed and refrigerant is added.LEGEND TO TABLES 8A - 8JCCM — Chiller Control ModuleCVC — Chiller Visual ControlCHW — Chilled WaterISM — Integrated Starter ModulePIC II — Product Integrated Control IIVFD — Variable Frequency DriveTable 8 — CVC Primary and Secondary Messages andCustom Alarm/Alert Messages with Troubleshooting GuidesA.
