32Air filters● Depending on the installation conditions, the filter aspect mustbe examined to define the cleaning or replacing periodicity.Spare parts should be planned for.The pressure drop data are given on the technical catalogue.Cleaning the filters is very important to maintain the requiredavailable pressure of the unit.On units with a clogged filter differential pressure switch, analarm is triggered on the electronic control when the factory-setclogging threshold is exceeded depending on the combinationof filters selected.● Gravimetric filters (G). Cleaning can be done with a householdvacuum cleaner. Replace them regularly.● Creased opacimetric filters (F). It is necessary to replace them.Filter removal:Rotary heat exchanger (optional)By the right panel (viewed from the front), it is possible to accessinside of the recovery module to carry out the maintenance work. The removal side panels of the module incorporate stainlesssteel quarter-turn latches with 8 mm triangular inserts. The procedure for extraction and cleaning of filters is equal tothat described in the previous section.Tabs in displacement● Filters G or G+F: the frames with each type of filters, gravimetrics and opacimetric (if the unit has includes thelatter), are assembled over sheet steel profiles. By dragginga tab, they slide along the corresponding rail.● Filters F+F: the frames with the set of filters F+F areassembled over a sheet steel profile. By dragging a tab, theyslide along the rail.Tabs indisplacement● Closing mode:First rotate 90º (anti-clockwise): closing bringsthe latch to the locked position. The doorcannot be opened.Note: the access panel to the filters is fitted with hinges + quarter-turn latches of stainless steel and 8 mm triangular insert.14 - MAINTENANCEAccess panelto the recoverymoduleQuarter-turnlatchesAccess togravimetricfilters in thefresh air andto the damperservomotorWheel motorAccess togravimetricfilters in theextraction airAcces to theservomotor ofthe extractiondamper
