The clock is factory set at Greenwich Mean Time.4.8.4 Thermistor Format (dCF04)The user may configure the format in which the thermistor readings are recorded. The low resolution is a 1 byte formatand the normal resolution is a 2 byte format. The low resolution requires less memory and records temperature in0.25°C (0.45° F) increments when in perishable mode or 0.5 ° C (0.9°F) increments when in the frozen mode.
