The unit was cleaned at the factory but may have been exposed tocontaminants during shipping. Remove all wrappings and coverings from shelving prior to cleaningand installation. Do not clean with deionized water.See the Cleaning topic in the Operator Maintenance section (see page 43) for more information onhow to clean the oven chamber and shelving.
