Sampling a Sound and Playing it on the Keyboard (Sampling)EN-14• The sampled sound is assigned a rhythm number andstart to play to indicate that sampling is complete.• What you sample is stored as tone number 412.4. Press a keyboard key.This will play the recorded sound.5. Press cq (SAMPLING).• At this time tone number 415 (which is short sampling 2tone) is selected.• Each subsequent short sampling operation isautomatically assigned to the next sequential tonenumber. After sampling reaches tone number 424(short sampling 5 tone), it cycles back to tone number412 (short sampling 1 tone).• If you want to assign a sample to a specific numbermanually, press the SAMPLED TONES/EFFECTSbutton (1 to 5) that corresponds to the number you wantbefore pressing the SAMPLING button. This willperform short sampling and assign the result to thenumber that corresponds to the button you press.6.
