Never clean the platewarmer with a steam appliance.CLEANING THE PROBEWipe the probe with a soft, lightly moistenedsponge. To remove the deposits, you can alsouse considerate liquid detergents or sprayedsolutions for stainless surfaces. Apply thecleaning agent on the sponge, not on theprobe surface.CLEANING THE OUTER SURFACEWipe the outer surface with a soft, lightlymoistened sponge. To remove the deposits,you can also use considerate liquiddetergents or sprayed solutions for stainlesssurfaces. Apply the cleaning agent on thesponge, not on the appliance surface. Wipewith a moistened sponge, then with a drycloth. Before plugging the power cord in themains socket, make sure that all the surfacesare dry.CLEANING THE DRIP TRAYRemove the tray and clear the contents aftereach use. Wash the tray in warm water witha little washing-up liquid using a soft sponge.Rinse and dry thoroughly. After cleaning andbefore plugging the power cord in the mainssocket, always make sure you have insertedthe tray in the grill body.WARNING!Take great carewhen carrying thetray with hot fat orjuice.CLEANING GRILLING SURFACESYou can remove the grill plates from the grillbody for easy cleaning. However, always firstmake sure that both grill plates have cooleddown completely.To remove the grill plates (bottom and top),please use the EJECT buttons located in thegrill interior. Press the button to release theplate which will be slightly tilted to alloweasy removal.
