Page 8 of 292.4 Powering On & Variable IntensityThe SL720 uses a single button (on the side of the head) to power the light on and off.Next to this switch are four buttons split into paired controls for variable intensity (LUM -Luminence) and colour temperature (TEM - Temperature); press the + button to increase lightintensity or colour temperature and press the – button to reduce them.2.5 Adjusting the LightheadFor the wall and ceiling mounted SL720, the head is secured using a large white, balanced andadjustable arm system. The head itself has adjustable movement through a combination oftensioned hinge joints connecting the head to the arm system.General movement of the head should be through the use of the removable handle located onthe front of the head.If the head’s movement is incorrectly loose or stiff then you may need to adjust the tension inthe joints using the grub screw system. Details of all tension adjustments can be found in themaintenance section of this user manual. This lighthead and arm design incorporates anti-rotation stopping points, this is toprevent cable damage. Attempting to force the movement past these points maycause severe damage to the light.
