4 InstallationInstallation manual10EHVZ04~16S18CB3VDaikin Altherma – Low temperature split4P401672-1D – 2017.04# At the indoor unit In the room1 Connect the user interface cable to the indoor unit.Fix the cable with cable ties to the cable tie mountings.X5MA5PA2P A2Pa b1 2a Main user interface(a)b Optional user interface2 Insert a screwdriver into the slots underneath the userinterface and carefully separate the faceplate from thewallplate.The PCB is mounted in the faceplate of the user interface.Be careful NOT to damage it.3 Use the 2 screws in the accessorybag to fix the wallplate of the userinterface to the sheet metal of theunit.Be careful NOT to distort the shapeof the backside of the user interfaceby overtightening the mountingscrews.Fix the wallplate ofthe user interface tothe wall.4 Connect as shown in 4A.
