Check SiENBE04-925_A118 Service Diagnosis5. Check5.1 How to Check5.1.1 Fan Motor Connector Output CheckCheck No.01 1. Check the connection of connector.2. Check the motor power supply voltage output (pins 4 - 7).3. Check the motor control voltage (pins 4 - 3).4. Check the rotation command voltage (pins 4 - 2).5. Check the rotation pulse (pins 4 - 1).5.1.2 Electronic Expansion Valve CheckCheck No.04 Conduct the followings to check the electronic expansion valve (EV).1. Check to see if the EV connector is correctly connected to the PCB.2. Turn the power off and on again, and check to see if the EV generate latching sound.3. If the EV does not generate latching sound in the above step 2, disconnect the connectorand check the continuity using a tester.4. Check the continuity between the pins 1 - 6 and 3 - 6, and between the pins 2 - 5 and 4 - 5. Ifthere is no continuity between the pins, the EV coil is faulty.5. If the continuity is confirmed in the above step 3, the outdoor unit PCB is faulty.Note: Please note that the latching sound varies depending on the valve type.7654321Motor power supply voltage (310 ~ 340 VDC)UnusedUnusedGNDMotor control voltage (15 VDC)Rotation command voltage (1 ~ 6 VDC)Rotation pulseS1(R12099)Harness 6P6P Connector Check5 - 25 - 46 - 16 - 31 2 3 4 5 6(R1082)
