Follow the applicable legislation.Formula to calculate the greenhouse gas emissions:GWP value of the refrigerant × Total refrigerant charge [inkg] / 10002 Fix the label on the inside of the outdoor unit near the gas andliquid stop valves.5.7 Connecting the water piping5.7.1 About connecting the water pipingBefore connecting the water pipingMake sure the outdoor and indoor units are mounted.Typical workflowConnecting the water piping typically consists of the followingstages:1 Connecting the water piping of the outdoor unit.2 Filling the water circuit.3 Insulating the water piping.5.7.2 To connect the water pipingaba Cooling water outletb Cooling water inletConsult "4.3.1 Water circuit requirements" on page 10 for the correcttightening torque of the water piping connections.5.7.3 To fill the water circuit1 Connect the water supply hose to the fill valve (field supply).2 Open the fill valve.3 Run the pump ONLY and make sure that no air has beencaught in the water circulation system otherwise the plate heatexchanger will freeze.4 Check if the water flow rate is correct, otherwise the plate heatexchanger will freeze. Measure any water pressure loss beforeand after running the pump and make sure that the flow rate iscorrect. If not, stop the pump immediately and carry outtroubleshooting.5.7.4 To insulate the water pipingThe outdoor water piping MUST be insulated to preventcondensation during cooling operation and reduction of the heatingand cooling capacity.See "4.3.1 Water circuit requirements" on page 10 for moreinformation.5.8 Connecting the electrical wiring5.8.1 Field wiring: OverviewIn case of heat recovery modeBiabfc fegdchjjia Field power supply (with earth leakage protector)b Main switchc Earth connectiond Outdoor unite Indoor unitf User interfaceg BS unith Cool/heat selectori Circuit breakerj FusePower supply 3N~ 50 HzPower supply 1~ 50 HzEarth wiringIn case of heat pump modeabdd dcb g gh hcfheahiffeeh hh ha Field power supply (with earth leakage protector)b Main switchc Earth connectiond Outdoor unite Indoor unitf User interfaceg Indoor power supply wiring (sheathed cable) (230 V)h Transmission wiring (sheathed cable) (16 V)i Outdoor power supply wiring (sheathed cable)Power supply 3N~ 50 HzPower supply 1~ 50 HzEarth wiring5.8.2 To route and fix the transmission wiringTransmission wiring can be routed through the front side only.
