Refer to P.1002 Indoor fan operates, but compressor does notoperate. Refer to P.1023 Cooling/heating operation starts but stopsimmediately. Refer to P.1044 After unit shuts down, it cannot be restarted for awhile. Refer to P.1055 Equipment operates but does not providecooling. Refer to P.1076 Equipment operates but does not provideheating. Refer to P.1097 Equipment discharges white mist. Refer to P.1118 Equipment produces loud noise or vibration. Refer to P.1129 Equipment discharges dust. Refer to P.11310 Remote controller LCD displays “88”. Refer to P.11411 Indoor swing flap does not operate. Refer to P.11512 Equipment emits odor. Room smell and cigarette odors accumulatedinside the indoor unit are discharged with air.Inside of the indoor unit must be cleaned.13 Flap operates when power is turned on. It is normal. The flap initializes for accuratepositioning.14 Change of operation mode causes flap to move. It is normal. There is a control function thatmoves the flap when operation mode is changed.15 Fan operates in “M” tap during heating even ifremote controller is set to “L” tap. It is normal. It is caused by the activation of theoverload control (airflow shift control).16 Flap automatically moves during cooling. It is normal. It is caused by the activation of thedew condensation prevention function or ceilingsoiling prevention function.17 Indoor unit fan operates in “L” tap for 1 minute in“program dry” mode even if compressor is notoperating. It is normal. The monitoring function forciblyoperates the fan for 1 minute.18 Indoor unit fan operates after heating operationstops. It is normal. The fan operates in the “LL” tap for60 to 100 seconds to dissipate the residual heatin the heater.19 Drain pump operates when equipment is notoperating. It is normal. The drain pump continues to operatefor several minutes after equipment is turned off.20 Horizontal swing sends air to different directionsin cooling and heating even if it is set to the sameposition. It is normal. The airflow direction in cooling/dryoperation is different from that in heating/fanoperation.21 Flap remains horizontal even if it is set to swingmode. It is normal. The flap does not swing in thethermostat OFF mode.22 When operating in remote control thermostat, thethermostat turns off before temperature ofremote control reaches the set temperature.Normal operation. The thermostat may be controlled with thesuction temperature (body thermostat),concurrently with the set temperature.
