Refer to Section 6.4 for more information on signal routing. The driver itself is detailed in Drawing A-793970 in Appendix A. Figure 31 illustrates someof the primary jacks and switches on the 4 Column MCAST display driver. The S2 DIP switch is the component for setting the address (switches #1-4). With switches 1-4off, the address setting for a TNMC is preset at “221”. Multi-court scoreboards (and single-court scoreboards controlled by DakTennis) with TNMCs will require different addresses.Refer to Drawing A-1054089 in Appendix A.Note that the S2 DIP switch also controls Home and Guest display. When the #5 switch isON, the TNMC sends guest team information to the matrix display. In the opposite messagecenter, the switch would be set to OFF, and home information would be displayed.Diagnostic LEDsThe following table explains the functions of the primary diagnostic LEDs on the 4 ColumnMCAST drivers:LED Name Color Illumination Summary(CL) RX Red Steady on or blinking when the driver is receivingsignal and off when there is no signal(CL) TX Green Steady on or blinking when the driver istransmitting and off when there is no signalPower Green Steady on to indicate the driver has powerStatus Amber Blinking to indicate driver is runningFigure 31: 4 Column MCAST Driver
