Testsafety-configured monitoring functions running in the finalset-up.7.4.1 Safety GuidelinesWhen commissioning/recommissioning, note the following• Secure the site in accordance with the regulations(barrier, warning signs etc.). The system may onlybe commissioned/recommissioned by qualifiedpersonnel.• Refer to the information and specifications statedin the operating instructions of the relevantprogrammable control system.• During commissioning/recommissioning, makesure that no personal injury and/or materialdamage can occur, even if the plant/machinemoves unintentionally.• When commissioning the safety option, read thesafety guidelines in the Start up and FunctionalTesting chapter in the operating instructions forthe frequency converter.7.4.2 Condition before Performing theCommissioning TestThe system integrator/machine manufacturer performs acommissioning test of the safety option to verify anddocument the correct selection of the safety optionparameter values.
