It is always worth carrying out the following simple checks before calling our technicians:chapter 5 – cleaning and maintenanceCAUSE/SOLUTION• The door is not closed properly.• The plug is not correctly inserted.• No power at the socketNo power at the socket (check the fuse box)• When food is cooked which contains water it is quite normalfor the steam which is generated inside the oven to escapeand condense inside the oven, on the cooking surface oraround the doorframe.• Do not turn the oven on without food for Microwaveand Combined cooking modes.• Do not use metal containers for the above cooking modesor bags or packets with metal parts.• Select the correct cooking mode or reduce the cookingtime.• The food has not been completely defrosted before beingcooked.• Select the correct cooking mode or reduce the cookingtime.• Stir the food during cooking.
