DATA SHEET [Fig. 4]MODEL PALACE 1800/2 PALACE 1800/3 PALACE 1800/4Dimension LxHxPDistance between thebrackets[LfxHf]Minimum distancefrom the floorDepth from the wall362x1852x61 mm 544x1852x61 mm 725x1852x61 mm258x1419 mm 439x1419 mm 621x1419 mm100 mm97 mmINSTRUCTIONS FOR WALL MOUNTINGEnsure a minimum distance from the floor of 10 cm.EF[Fig. 4][Fig. 5]D- The bracket must be inserted in the outermost guide of the wall slide.[Fig. 1 e 2]Preparation of wall brackets:[Fig. 6]- The radiator is inserted into the outermost hollow of the bracket.Installationo Carefully mark the holes in the wall brackets with the tape measure and level (minimum radiator height from theground 10 cm);o Drill 8 mm diameter holes, with a minimum depth of 65 mm, and insert the wall plugs into the wall.o Screw the wall slides into the wall plugs with the 4.5x60 mm diameter screwso Avvitare per metà le viti nelle staffe dalla parte dell’incavo più piccolo.o Insert the brackets in the wall slides ; they will stop against the head of the screws .o Put the caps on the slideso Hang the radiator on the brackets, making sure that the hollows of the brackets fit on the radiator collector.o Position the level on the radiator and if it is not perfectly vertical, adjust the upper brackets through the screwswith the aid of the screwdriver.FD4 D2AUSE AND MAINTENANCEIn order to obtain the best performances of product we suggest the following ways of installation:• The system water’s pH must be between 6.5 and 8 and the hardness between 12-14° f.• Water temperature: T in=75°C; T out=65°C; T average=70°C; T max=90°C.• Testing air room temperature: 20°C (∆T 50°C).• Standard UNI-CTI 8065 requires that the waters used to fill a heating system undergo a prior treatmentto protect the heating system from corrosion and encrustation, without making any distinction betweenaluminium, steel and cast iron.• Vent the radiator before using it.• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.• Among the various additives used in the water there is a film-forming aliphatic polyamine-based productcalled Cillit-HS 23 Combi.• For maintenance do not use abrasive products and solvent to clean the radiator’s surfaces, but clean thesurface with damp cloths.• Do not isolate the radiator unless it is equipped with automatic safety valve.• Do not load or hang excessive weights: the capacity of these structures is calculated to support Max 2Kg.• Test the system to check the tightness of the fittings.D4D 2D3D 1D3D4D25
