Replace with all parts with original,specified parts only.• Dry values shown mean the bolt/nut is plain or zincplated without any lubrication.Torque Specifications8 HRS.(Typical - Front& Back)8 HRS.8 HRS.• Check oil level in all gearcases (onlevel ground). Use SAE 80W/90gear oil or SAE 80W/140 Syntheticgear oil whichever is being used.• Replace the oil in new gearboxesafter the initial 50 hours of use.Then continue to replace the oilannually. After first oil change,to reduce oil temperaturesand prolong gear box life werecommend a synthetic gear oil(SAE 80W/140 Synthetic).Caution: A consistent lossof oil can indicate damagedseals. Damaged seals should bereplaced immediately to preventruining the gearbox.8 HoursImportant: Before first use, add grease to mainpivot pin until visibly noticeable, then every 8 HRS.• Check oil level in all gearcases (on level ground).Use SAE 80W/90 gear oil.• Grease all drive components and pins as shown for8 hour maintenance.• Visually inspect machine for any loose or improperlyfastened hardware or components. Retighten andretorque as required.50 Hours• Visually inspect machine for damage and leaks.Repair or replace damaged parts as required.• Grease all drive components and pins as shown.• Re-torque all gearbox bolts.
