Use care when handling the adapter during orimmediately after operation.• Do not use your device in a wet environment, for example, near abath tub, sink, or swimming pool or in a wet basement.• If your device includes an integrated or optional modem,disconnect the modem cable if an electrical storm is approachingto avoid the remote risk of electric shock from lightning via thetelephone line.• To help avoid the potential hazard of electric shock, do notconnect or disconnect any cables or perform maintenance orreconfiguration of this product during an electrical storm. Do notuse your device during an electrical storm unless all cables havebeen disconnected and the device is operating on battery power.• If your device includes a modem, the cable used with the modemshould be manufactured with a minimum wire size of26 American wire gauge (AWG) and an FCC-compliant RJ-11modular plug.• Cards may become very warm during normal operation. Use carewhen removing cards after their continuous operation.• Before you clean your device, disconnect the device from theelectrical outlet. Clean your device with a soft cloth dampenedwith water.
